Performance Diagnostics demonstrates how one is rated in relation to building codes and standards
and pinpoints all deficiencies. For new construction, it enables for deficiencies
to be corrected during the construction phase.

Indoor Air Quality is only one segment of the field termed as Indoor Environment Quality that includes environmental factors such as light, sound, vibrations, electromagnetism which could impact human well being in the similar way as the airborne contaminants.
Modern way of life that made people spend more time indoors combined with the fact that indoor environments are by far more contaminated than outdoors have the consequence of drastic increase of allergies, respiratory diseases, asthma being most predominant and multiple other detrimental effects on human health.
